This role enables others to thrive by supporting various projects focused on improving employee experience and talent team effectiveness including recruiting, onboarding, curating content on our intranet, and improving our ATS (leverage). Your job is to quickly diagnose problems and troubleshoot functional and technical issues with HR, end users and partner teams.
We flipped a lot of plates and sometimes they fell and broke. They support key programs and functions in implementing new system changes with a focus on usability and integrity of operational data through bulk uploads and validation. You’ll also find ways to improve legacy processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and automation. You will be tasked with developing, documenting and implementing ongoing system checks to ensure the accuracy of employee information worldwide. We rely on data to support business decisions. You create custom reports and simple dashboards with People Analytics to show company trends to executives, talent partners and other cross-functional teams to help them improve existing ones and create new offerings for our employees. This role takes the same approach, turning talent-related data into a story. We have made it our mission to tell stories. This role will play an important role in building understanding and data excellence at Netflix. You are expected to be self-reliant, articulate effectively, and proactively implement positive improvements that align with our culture. The role supports core functions within the talent organization (Inclusion and Diversity, Employee Services, Technical Support, People Analytics, Benefits, Mobility, and HRBP to name a few). This position is part of the Talent Experience & Operations (TEO) team that designs and manages the infrastructure to deliver exceptional talent experiences from application to onboarding and beyond.
